• Check in time is 1:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. There are designated smoking zones in the outdoor areas of the villas. We have a strict anti-narcotic policy at the property.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Booking will be confirmed against the deposit of 50% and balance 50% on check-In. The booking is on non refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
• In the case of No Show the hotel reserves right to charge full retention charges.
• Rates are subject to change without prior intimation to any party and are not to be used for any online distribution
• The resort reserves the right to reject any booking received from non-approved distribution channels.
